I benefited a lot from my time with Katrin because she created a non-judgmental space for me, which helped me to open up to her very quickly. She helpfully talked through issues with me and also provided practices that I could use outside of our sessions. I could tell that she has a wide breadth of knowledge in her field, and, as a result, I was able to take a number of different approaches to the problems I was facing—which was so helpful. I came away from her sessions with a greater ability to manage my thoughts and emotions that were being triggered from my past, and with greater confidence in myself and my ability to navigate through the ups and downs of life.

I’ve been seeing Ana for several years now and she is a fantastic therapist. Her kind and compassionate manner make it easy to share my feelings with her, and I’ve had some really important insights thanks to her help.

I have been seeing Dr. Ana Maloney for the past five years and she has been instrumental in transforming my life. Struggling with depression, exhaustion, and unresolved childhood traumas, I found a safe and compassionate space with her. Through her expert guidance and empathetic approach, I’ve navigated through my depressive episodes and developed a profound understanding of self-care and self-respect, finally being able to master life with the tools I needed to maintain my mental well-being and embrace a healthier more balanced life. Dr. Maloney’s dedication and unique ability to connect on a personal level make each session meaningful and impactful. I am incredibly grateful for her unwavering support and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective therapist and coach.

During a very difficult period in my life I was introduced to Katrin via a friend. As I was trying to navigate a marriage that was falling apart with children involved and a business endeavour coming to an end, I had developed anxiety, and depressive thoughts were part of my daily life. The regular sessions with Katrin helped me sort my thoughts and work towards attainable goals. I was looking forward to our time together as it was both a moment to connect with someone neutral who understands both sides and a professional who taught me tools to move forward in my seemingly stuck situation. I am very thankful for the lessons I learned and the strength and belief in myself that I regained.

When it came to therapy and psychotherapists, I used to be like the Crocodile Dundee character wondering why folk needed therapy over a natter with friends, especially since I consider myself to be psychologically astute. However, I understand perfectly why now, since I have needed to visit Katrin for a series of sessions over two different periods during the last four years.. Each period with Katrin required different skills..I cannot adequately convey Katrin's efficacy, empathy and skills as a psychotherapist. My sessions were sometimes very hard, some had me crying a lot, but what I clearly recall is that no matter how hard the subject matter had been, I left every session feeling uplifted and positive. Katrin doesn't solve your problems, but she deciphers you, and your feelings and their origins, always incredibly articulately, and guides you through the process of discovery, both of yourself and finding your own lasting solution. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough.
