This group is offered locally in Valbonne

The focus of this group is the acquisition of new knowledge, practical tools, self-awareness and listening skills to more effectively navigate any challenges you might be facing as a parent.

Our Curriculum:

Teaches how the brain develops and how stages of brain development impact on your child’s behaviour.

Explores how unique features of the adolescent brain can help explain even the most perplexing teenage behaviours.

Brings insights into how our autonomic nervous system works, how it influences our well-being, how we interpret the environment, and the quality of our social exchanges.

Offers tools to better regulate- and make sense of strong emotions to maximise your ability to listen and be present with your child.

Encourages you to reflect compassionately on what challenges you on a biological level, thought level, within your family system, and within your wider social and cultural context.

Asks you to consider your values and priorities and to identify the resources and risks in your present circumstances.

Defines some of the signs and symptoms of mental health difficulties in children and adolescents.

Sheds light on the possible causes and maintaining factors of different forms of mental and emotional distress.

Offers you suggestions and signposts to address mental health related topics that matter to you.
